Her experience there was successful as she led the acquisition of a $25m radio group and sold it at $55m in less than three years. In 2003, she started working for Beasley Media Group, a leading radio broadcaster in the United with 53 stations and a customer base of 7.7 million listeners.
She joined as the Director of Sales in 2003 and later got promoted in 2004 to the Vice President position where her responsibilities were improving the revenue of the company and managing the development of the sales team.
