Lee’s senior classmates would have never imagined she would end up being an anchor for one of the largest media networks in Canada At North Toronto Collegiate Institute, Lee was an active basketball player and in other sports. Being an athlete helped her to learn the basics that made her succeed in the journalism industry. After college, she started working at CTV Saskatchewan as an anchor and videographer. Her responsibilities were anchoring the 6 and 11 o’clock News, reporting weather updates, and announcing commercials. In 1997, she joined CHCH News as an anchor and Reporter. She became a fill-in anchor and general assignment reporter. In 2002, Lee joined CTV Toronto as a TV Host for Special Programming.
Lee co-hosted Citytv’s New Year’s Eve Bash, Hosted The Spin on Star Daily, and Breakfast Television. Jee took the current position she occupies in March 2010 at CP24 at Bell Media. She became the anchor for breaking news in the studio and location. She also did solo anchoring for CP24 live at 10 and 11 PM. Jee was also the Fill-in host for Canada Am and CTV News Channel. Since 1997, Lee has been a part-time actress. She has appeared in several blockbuster movies such as The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Nikita, The Beauty and the Beast, and More of Me.
