Her style of music is a combination of RnB, Hip Hop, and some bit of classical music all of which come from studying artists like Brandy, Beyonce, and Whitney Houston.

GoGo Morrow Age and Family
Her real name is Jasmine Morrow. She was born on 16th July 1987 or 1988 in Philadelphia. Morrow comes from a musical family. Her father and uncle were part of a music group called the Golden Chandeliers. She has 4 sisters who are singers and dancers.
As a child, her father tricked Jasmine to learn music on the promise of getting a $2 allowance. Her father’s tricks helped in planting the seeds of her future career. GoGo later joined the church choir and by age 10 she became part of the Prince Music Theatre’s Rainbow Company where she learned performance skills for 7 years.
The Breeding Ground
Still pursuing to be an excellent singer, Morrow joined Philadelphia High School where she majored in voice and dance. After graduating, she followed her passion at Millersville University where she did a degree in Music Business. Although Jasmine learned her gift from a young age, she was not fully convinced of making a name for herself.
When she was an intern at Philadelphia International Record and Def Jam Recording, Morrow never told anyone about her interest in singing. After graduating, she became confused about her future as she was unable to choose between becoming an entertainment Lawyer and an artist.
This confusion would, later on, settle when she got an opportunity to audition for Lady Gaga in her award-winning tour, the Monster Ball Tour. Performing at the tour as a background singer and dancer gave Morrow the taste of being on the stage. At the end of the tour, GoGo made the decision to become an artist.
Although skeptical of her ability to pull a crowd, Morrow gathered courage and called her friends and sisters who helped her in looking for places and clubs to perform. Soon, GoGo was going around Philadelphia making a name for herself.
Her name became popular in Philadelphia, impressing a manager at Live Nation with whom she teamed up. They started creating music and doing shows all over Philadelphia.
She performed at Wells Fargo Centre and had her own show, which got sold out twice. The work she had done in Philadephia solidified her name. Challenges later ensued, causing her to be depressed as she could not grow beyond her fan base. GoGo knew she needed to do more.
Going to LA
When the lights of fame were dimming, Jasmine got a DM on Twitter from superproducer Harmony Samuels telling her to call him. After calling him, she learned that her friends Ryan Toby and Vladimir Versailles told Samuels about her.
Meeting with Harmony in LA was almost impossible for GoGo because she was broke and knew no one except for a friend she met once on Instagram. Seeing the opportunity ahead GoGo took a risk by asking her aunt for some cash and her friend for a place to stay.
After waiting for 2 weeks, GoGo and Samuels met. Since then, the two have worked for 4 years doing great hits such as her debut single In The Way, and her first Ep Ready.
Since moving to LA, Jasmine knew she had to make it her permanent residence. She did odd jobs such as working as a nanny for a year before getting a job with Kanye West Sunday Service Choir. GoGo traveled with the choir for two years while still recording music with Harmony.
