She is also at the prime of her career and at the onset of motherhood and wifehood. Rachel got married to her Husband Zak Moore on 24th July 2021. Education
Growing up, Rachel had a particular interest in health studies. Later on, her struggles with body weight led her to study for a degree in Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University. While in school, she faced many challenges. She suffered from bloating, symptoms of gas, and food avoidance. Like many people, she committed herself to avoiding food to lose weight.
Her initial strategy of weight loss left her frustrated because she constantly failed Later she lost confidence and her esteem was down. Later she worked at International Food Information Council Foundation on a contract basis before getting an abstractor role at USDA. She also interned for 8 months at PepsiCo as an R&D Nutrition.
While in her job, she was building her own company Rachel Paul Nutrition. She started by finding convenient food options for women desiring to lose weight. In 2014, she started sharing with people on the same journey as her. In 2016, she launched her first low-FODMAP product called Happy Bars on her blog.
