Nafeesa Kareem is one of the prominent News anchors working for CTV Vancouver. She has worked in only two media stations in her entire career as of 2023. Nafeesa started in radio and later joined television where she has been excelling year after year. In the wake of the rapid use of artificial intelligence, Nafeesa joined the world in sharing the recent AI development that is used for screening for COVID-19. Outside work, Nafeesa is passionate about the wellness of the community. The death of her grandmother inspired her to start Nafeesa Fundraising where she seeks to raise funds for people suffering from Alzheimer’s. She goes on half marathons to honor her grandmother and raise awareness on the issue.
