Education and Career
Her passion for sports from a young age had Michelle Margaux deviating from her dad’s demands. She was involved in sports when she was at Bella Vista High School. Michelle wanted to be involved in sports as a journalist more than an athlete. She joined the University of San Diego where she studied communication and political science.
She got her first attempt in journalism when she worked as an intern at FOX40 News. She learned to write scripts and pitch story ideas. In school, she served as a recruitment coordinator and main anchor for San Diego TV. She wrote scripts, and also anchored news. Michelle also interned at Fox Sports for four months before getting her first permanent job.
She got her job at KUSI television where she was field producer writing down high school football games, doing pre and post-game interviews. In 2014, Michelle joined KRIS Communication as a sports anchor and a co-host of the Friday Night Fever Football Show. While serving in this post the show got a 2nd place award in the Associated Press Broadcast in the category of Best Sports Anchor Team.
In 2016, Michelle moved to Greater San Diego to work as a host and a co-producer for Fox Sports. She helped in producing weekly shows and serving as a reporter for LA Clippers, College Basketball, and High School Football. She served at Fox for 2 years before moving to AT&T where she served for 1 year as a sideline reporter and host.
