Adara Sherron Biography

Everyone expects the pastor’s children to have the best behaviors. Experience is teaching everyone that children can live lives opposite to what they were taught. Wealthy parents can raise children with poor money habits and educated parents can raise school dropouts. Pastors are not an exception. The country has experienced many cases where pastor’s children became lawless. Adara Sherron is an evidence of a child gone rogue. Unlike others, Sherron rebelled against her parents teaching and soon she went back after she realized trouble and despair lay on the other side. Now, she is back preaching, teaching, and encouraging others to follow the word of God.

Adara Sherron Age and Husband

She was born on 4th December 1990. Her descendency is Nigerian but her nationality is American. Adara was born into a Christian family. Her name means nobility and virtue in Hebrew. She is a  daughter of two pastors. Her life today reflects her parent’s teachings but it started after she tasted the bitter pill of life. Adara is now married to her Husband Bishop D. A. Sherron. Together the couple have 2 daughters.

Her marriage to Bishop came after Adara came from a troubling storm. Being raised in a pastor’s family, Adara never understood the reason she was denied the freedom other children had. Within her, she felt the pressure to have fun like other people. The pressure to meet church’s standards was too much.

Testimony

Soon, her desire to rebel against her parents became real. She started going to parties against her parent’s demand. Gradually, she started drinking and smoking recreational marijuana. Without her knowledge, she found herself deep into drugs, partying, and toxic relationships. Her most shameful experience became real when she got pregnant at the age of 17. Like many other teenagers her age, Adara opted for abortion because it appeared convenient.

The procedure was almost fatal. She had fibroids. Some doctors said her uterus was unable to hold babies. Adara went through a period of depression and anxiety. In her point of despair, her greatest hope lurked. She remembered her parent’s teachings and like the prodigal son, Adara went back to the old teachings. Adara Sherron became radically saved, repented her sins, and restarted her life.

The young preacher also started blogging and serving at the local church. In her service to God, she met her husband Bishop Sherron. Adara never hid her past from her husband and also the public. On Twitter, she posted

When hubby and I got serious about courtship, I fasted and prayed, and asked God to erase any ties to and memories of the men I had been with before my husband. I was not coming to our marriage bed with no prior activity. I wasn’t coming to it ashamed or condemned either because I was made clean in Christ, however I wanted to be able to come to my marriage bed with dignity; and for our experience together to be unique to us. He was a virgin and I was not, but I didn’t want that to be a hindrance to our sexual relationship.

Restoration Story

After their marriage, Adara resorted to serving in Church, preaching and teaching the word of God. Her emphasis has been on the reedeming power of Jesus and His restorative power. She organizes events for single women and teaches them ways to prepare and wait for their husband

Alongside her passion is homemaking, Adara is encouraging women to resume their homemaking responsibilities. Her support for homemaking has not been welcomed as some people view it as backwardness. Adara defends her claims arguing women should do homemaking as it is natural for them.
