After two years she joined Nexstar Media Group for WCBD News as an anchor. She started as the weekend anchor. On 1st June 2022, She announced that she would be the new Midday Anchor for News 2, where she had been doing fill-in in previous months. She will be on, on weekdays from 11 a.m to 12.30 p.m. In February 2022, she received the Media Award at the Inaugural Black Excellence Brunch
