While as a student in Warwick, Bianca held the position of founder and chairman of the student Heart and Health Trust. She held on to that position for seven years. Her career started soaring when she joined CNN. From 2015 to 2017, Bianca worked in CNN as an interview and politics producer. In August 2017, she was promoted to a full-time anchor and correspondent in the same institution.
