Carter Cofield Personal Life

One secret of creating wealth is legally reducing how much tax you pay. A lot of people reduce their chances of becoming millionaires by paying taxes they can easily avoid. With the advice of Tax Advisor Carter Cofield, one can work their way to becoming a millionaire by paying less taxes. Carter is a financial advisor, keynote speaker on matters concerning finances, podcaster, and online educator. He runs an organization called Cofield Advisors LLC and is a co-founder of a podcast called The Melanin Show.

He came from a family that struggled to make ends meet. Carter was born on 22nd July 1991 in the South Side of Chicago. His parents died when he was 16 years old and had to learn to take care of himself and his big sister. Now at 31, Carter is living his dream. He became a millionaire at age 30. He is, however, living a single and childless life. Marriage is perhaps a second priority his primary being excelling in his career.

Education and Career

Cofield grew up with a scarcity mentality because he was not familiar with abundance. The only way he thought out of poverty was the traditional way of schooling.

He worked hard and joined the University of Illinois Urbana where he did a degree in Accounting and later a master’s in the same. In 2018, he did another master’s in Business Valuation and Financial Statement Analysis at Corporate Finance Institute.

Carter started his career as a financial auditor for KPMG. For two years, he was responsible for auditing financial statements for several Fortune 500 companies, and Asset Management Companies. After two years, Carter joined Northern Trust Asset Management as a consultant who coordinated with fund managers and managed upstream and downstream activities.

His mind toward work instantly shifted to that of an entrepreneur when he read rich dad, poor dad by Robert Kiyosaki. This completely changed how he thought about money and becoming wealthy. Still in his job, he bought a car and rented it on Turo. He rented others until they started making enough money to sustain him after he quit his job.

After quitting his job, Carter started Corfield Advisors LLC, a financial service company providing services to industries in social media, writing, and entertainment. He expanded his services to other people who wanted to learn about evading taxes in a legal way. With this idea in mind, Cofield created an online course to serve this need.

Achievement and Net Worth

The financial expert later added The Melanin Show to his sources of income. In the show, he discusses with different gurus how they go about their business. Cofield has had a seat with Myron Golden, whom he calls his mentor to talk about the mindset of successful people. As an expert, he also gets invited to speak at conferences and podcasts. Cofield has been featured on Social Proof Podcast, and at the wealth connect live 2023 which featured Rick Ross.

Cofield has also invested in stocks to add to his portfolio sources of income. He started working on his business at age 25. For five years, Cofield has worked up his way to become a millionaire. He has accumulated a net worth of approximately $2 million and he wants to teach others how to rise to the top.
