Her interest in journalism struck her as she grew leading her to Join UCAB – Universidad Católica Andrés Bello to study Social communications with a focus on journalism. In 2015, she joined Universidad José Antonio Páez to study for Social Media Management.
As a student she got an opportunity to work at Correo del Caroni, in Bolovar Area, Venezuela as a News reporter. She started production works in 2009 at Anzoategui TV for Por Ua Buena Causa. She wrote scripts for the series, did field production, and edited, and conducted interviews.
After a year, E.C called her for an opportunity in producing and reporting for the radio and TV. She did commercials, advertising campaigns, and communicational strategies for 2 years before joining Masisa Venezuela as an assistant to the chief of operations. She wrote press releases, represented events, and organized meetings.
Her journey onTV started at Bicicleta TV where she served as a Field Producer in charge of a documentary covering the story of immigrants from central America to the United States. In 2018, she got an opportunity as a freelancer for The Dallas Morning News where she collected, analyzed, and verified information on culture and entertainment specifically for the Hispanic Audience.
She established herself in the United States when she joined the Hispano Post as an International Video Journalist tasked with shooting, producing, editing, and featuring stores in Texas. She worked for 4 years before joining Estrella TV as a video journalist and National News Correspondent. Her target audience was specifically the Hispanic community in Texas.
She covered news on the struggle immigrants encounter to settle in the United States and the issues they face once they settle in the Country. Mora has also covered success stories of Latinos who started as immigrants. In 2022, she thanked Linkedin for helping her get a job at NBC Universal as a Multimedia Journalist.
