She also learned to write scripts for anchors and research statistics.
After graduating, she got her first employment at WGFL as a sports director who reported daily reports packages about football, basketball, and baseball. She was also the co-host of the weekly show Gainesville Gameday. After 1 year, she moved to WVTM to work as a sports anchor and reporter. She was tasked with creating digital content on Twitter and Facebook, which had a combined traffic of more than 300,000 views a month.
She worked there for 2 years, left to work as a freelance writer for NBC Sports Washington, and later got a permanent job at WTSP as an anchor and reporter. Grace created content on social media, engaged with athletes and coaches, anchored sports segments, and assisted in the production of sports stories. The young sports journalist covered 2 Stanley Cups, the Rays in the 2020 world series, and the Super Bowl LV.
