More than a physical exercise coach, Gleisberg is the wife of Anthony and the mother of two boys Leo and Beckham. The couple met in high school and tied the knot shortly after graduating from campus. On June 9th, 2022, the couple celebrated 16 years of marriage.

Lauren was ambitious in her education like most people. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in biology and went to dental school for the DDS program. After receiving the certificate she went on to pursue her own health wellness brand.
Although she was in academics, her passion was weight lighting. While in college she created a blog called LaurenGleisberg.com to share her daily workouts. In 2014, Lauren dropped out of dental school and started chasing her dream. She took a leap of faith and started working on her blog full-time as she had found a way to monetize it.
She developed a fitness program in her blog to help women achieve a fit and lean body. Lauren started by sharing her blog posts with her friend and little by little share started reaching women across the globe.
Lauren Gleisberg Workout Plan and Diet
Unlike most body trainers, Lauren works out for thirty minutes every day five days a week. She maximizes her training by exercising two or three muscle groups per workout and taking short rests. Lauren listens to her body and takes periods of rest and recovery during weekends.
Gleisberg encourages her fans to focus on maintaining healthy eating habits. She is smart about eating and supplements. She eats cookies and chips in small amounts daily. Her supplements are protein powder, proteins collagen, and occasional BCAA. To stay motivated, Lauren advises her fans to take small steps in the right direction.
