She is also known as Rebekah Rose Lyon. Rebekah is an American International Speaker, Author, and podcaster. Lyons is also the co-founder of Q ideas and Fermi Project,  nonprofit organizations aimed at educating  Christians on how to engage the culture. Her work has been featured on major media outlets such as CNN, Huffington Post, Hallmark Homes and Family, Good Morning American, Today, and others.

Rebekah Lyons was born on 12 May 1975. She celebrated her 47th birthday together with her family in 2022. Gabe and Rebekah have similar interests. Her husband is also a podcaster, Author, and speaker. The couple married on 19th December 1997. Their union is blessed with four children. Three are biological and one is adopted. Two of their children have Down Syndrome, a condition where a child is born with an extra chromosome. The family currently lives in Nashville.

She had one while on a plane, another one while attending a funeral, and countless others while with her husband. Lyons confessed that the panic attacks stemmed from raising a child with special needs, building a business with her husband, and undealt with childhood worries. Through prayers and talking it out, Rebekah has managed to conquer her fears.

Rebekah has also spoken at several conferences on topics covering anxiety, depression, and overcoming them.

Together with her husband, Gabe Lyons, Rebekah started a podcast called Rhythms for life, which has over 4 million downloads. In the Podcast, Gabe and Rebekah have had practical and enlightening conversations that involve topics such as parenting, raising kids, sex, fame, marriage, trauma, friendship, and others. She has featured influential figures such as Jess Johnston, Trina McNeilly, Andy Crouch, Kelly Kapic, and others. In 2003, they started a project called Fermi Project, an organization that mobilized evangelical innovators, faith leaders, entrepreneurs, and people who endeavor to advance Christian gaols.
