She was born on 31st December 1989 in Knoxville. Bonds comes from a family that believes in greatness. She is a sibling to Nicole Bonds, who is also an influencer, coach, and pastor. Regina followed in her family’s footsteps and made a name for herself. Relationships, however, have not favored her. Regina has been a victim of toxic relationships. While in high school she got pregnant and had her firstborn child in a toxic relationship, which ended in separation. She later got into another relationship and had two daughters but also ended in separation. Growing up, Regina wanted to be a leader. This zeal led her to join Liberty University for a degree in Psychology. Later did a master’s degree in human development, family studies, and related services. She also got a certificate as a life coach. With everything ready, Bonds made it her goal to reach out to others and make a difference in their lives.
Regina was not always confident. At age 7 a teacher criticized her telling her that she would not amount to anything. The words hard-struck her, discouraging her from believing in herself. They remained with her for years causing her to seek validation from other people, regardless of how they treated her. After a series of heartbreaks and discouragement, Regina decided to change her life. She found her authentic self and decided to live unapologetically. Seeing the success she had, Regina wanted to share what she did with other women.
In 2015, she founded Unstoppable Confidence, an organization that seeks to empower women and encourage them to develop confidence in themselves. She also has a podcast, The Unstoppable Confidence Podcast, where she interviews successful women as a strategy to encourage her audience who are women. Bonds has interviewed successful women such as Hannah Nieves, Brianna Kristelle, and Ronne Brown. She also organizes mentorship classes and boot camps to mobilize women in need of her wisdom.
