Shari served there for 5 years before joining Warner Bro Records as the senior director of marketing, developing strategies for an artist to partner with brands, liaising between artists and labels, and assigning new artists.
In 2012, she got promoted to Vice President of Marketing where she brokered a deal between Maybach Music Group and Warner Bros. She also managed a team that scouted unsinged talents that would bring value to the company.
Excelling in these responsibilities led her to Atlantic Records where she was the Senior Vice President of Marketing where she oversaw all label projects, made marketing strategies, and managed over 20 artists.
