Quiana Watson is an American real estate mogul, entrepreneur, and co-owner of Watson Realty Co. Besides her real estate firm, Watson is also the owner of Agent Tools for success where she teaches real estate brokers how to multiply their earnings. Quiana has been featured on Oprah Winfrey Networks in a show called Ladies Who List: Atlanta.

The two met in 2009 in a garage where they were valeting their vehicle. Anthony reached out and asked Quianna for a date which she agreed and met the next day. The couple had their wedding on 23rd March 2013 in Kent Rock Manor in Loganville, GA.

The two have been in the union for 9 years. However, they have not been blessed with a child since Quiana is considered infertile. In an interview, Quian confessed that she had planned to have her baby before age 40 but failed even after trying IVF.

On 13th November 2023, Quiana shared on her Instagram fans her divorce from Anthony, ending a 10-year marriage. In the detailed letter, she accused her husband of engaging in several affairs despite appearing seemingly affectionate to Miss Watson. To protect her husband’s reputation, she pretended that difficulty in getting a child was the reason for the divorce but she later confessed to exhaustion in carrying the blame. Quiana said she’ll continue keeping the name Watson until she gets married again.

Quiana has been passionate about education for a long time. She went to Fayetteville State University where she pursued Business Administration and majored in Marketing.

Quiana later went to Barney Fletcher Realty to study Real Estate. Later on, she pursued her master’s at Strayer University where she majored in Management.

Quiana started practicing her skills immediately after graduating from campus. She started as an agent working with property buyers, sellers, and renters.

She helped customers sell, rent, and purchase homes and condos. Watson later joined Miles Properties as a marketing specialist. Her responsibility was training leasing consultants and leasing their properties.

She became a licensed real estate agent for Solid Source Realty where she helped clients buy, sell and rent their property. 

With the experience she had at various real estate firms, Quiana decided to start her firm. She started as a broker and ended up owing Watson Realty Co, which she manages with her husband.

Her firm has specialized in selling luxury real taste, modern smart townhomes, and modern transitional homes. She works with buyers, sellers, brokers, and investors. 

She later started an online academy called agentoolsforsuccess which trains agents on how to multiply their earnings to 6 figures. The academy has more than 14,000 enrollments. 

She revealed to VoyageATL that the secret behind her success in business is putting the client first. This philosophy helps her in improving her skills and way of doing business.

In January 2022, Watson was selected to join an OWN-run show called Ladies Who List: Atlanta, an 8-part television series showing how women manage their real estate business. Quiana was alongside real estate attorney Cristyl Kimbrough, associate broker Tianna Harrison and real estate agent Kira Oliver.  

Quiana, however, left because she felt the was a lack of transparency between the production and the stars involved in the reality show. She stated that continuing the show would harm the reputation of her company. Watson also added that she would not participate in reality tv shows again.

Despite the success she portrays, Quiana has a backstory of pain and frustration. She grew up healthy and I’ll of life but everything changed after her 13th birthday. A normal medical check-up turned out to be a serious condition. She was diagnosed with a fatal brain condition. Over the years Miss Watson continued getting sick. Doctors confirmed that 7 other ailments were affecting her body.

From her teenagehood and now in her 40s, Quiana has been struggling with medical conditions. Her positive mentality has kept her winning and healthy despite what life offered her. In 2022, she wrote her second book Clear to Close, which tells her story of how she reached within herself and took control of her destiny.
