Quiana was alongside real estate attorney Cristyl Kimbrough, associate broker Tianna Harrison and real estate agent Kira Oliver.
Quiana, however, left because she felt the was a lack of transparency between the production and the stars involved in the reality show. She stated that continuing the show would harm the reputation of her company. Watson also added that she would not participate in reality tv shows again.

Despite the success she portrays, Quiana has a backstory of pain and frustration. She grew up healthy and I’ll of life but everything changed after her 13th birthday. A normal medical check-up turned out to be a serious condition. She was diagnosed with a fatal brain condition. Over the years Miss Watson continued getting sick.
