In 2016, she got an opportunity to serve as a sports host and a sideline reporter for East Link. This opportunity gave her the confidence to speak on air.
She later joined U Sports as an OUA on-air commentator and broadcast operator for close to one year before becoming an events host for the Toronto Blue Jays for another year.
