Never realizing their truest potential. In her 20s, Africa Brooke realized her childhood experience was getting to her. Her behavior was not pleasing and she knew it. Luckily, she changed. Brooke chose to face her fears and address them. She came out a victor and confident about herself. Now, she is on a mission to liberate others from low self-esteem, self-censorship, and self-sabotage.

She is a consultant, coach, strategist, writer, and speaker based in London. Brooke specializes in helping public figures, business persons, and individuals with personal and professional challenges related to self-sabotage and self-censorship. She became popular when she revealed the struggle she had as an alcoholic, a porn addict, and a victim of childhood trauma.

The London-based speaker was born in Zimbabwe and later moved to England when she was 9 years old. She is open about her age. Brooke was born on 11th August 1992. As of 2023, she will be celebrating her 31st birthday. Brooke has been open about her relationship with her parents, where all problems began.

In an interview, she confessed that her father was a gentle and loving person. But, when he got drunk, he was a different person. Wild, toxic, and a woman-beater. Being his child, Brooke could not talk about it as it was taboo in Africa to confront a parent. She bottled all the anger and rage.

When she became a teenager. All this anger and trauma started coming out in the form of compulsive lying, binge drinking, and the life of the party. She became involved in relationships that were toxic and harmful to her mental health. Brooke had become everything she saw her father doing.

After re-discovering herself, Brooke became a different person. She is sober and self-conscious.  Although she is yet to fully re-discovery,  Brooke is miles ahead from where she was. In matters concerning relationships, we can say that her focus right now is understanding her new self and growing in her career. She is yet to consider having a husband.

According to her Linkedin, Brooke is the founder and director of Africa Brooke International, a London-based consulting and coaching company that started in October 2017.

On her website, Africa describes herself as a confidant and an objective advisor. She views her work as a combination of mindset and strategy as the methods she uses to advise her clients have succeeded in supporting thousands of people around the world. Her methods have worked with both high-profile individuals and regular business people.

Brooke has worked closely with high-profile individuals such as Jordan Bernet Peterson and Mikhaila Peterson. She has also worked with MediaCom and Omnicom Media Group, Facebook, Girl Effect, FedEx, Vogue, Universal Music, and others. Her role is to ensure her clients realize their potential as humans. Brooke is also a regular guest on famous podcasts on YouTube. Brooke regularly writes her opinions at the Tempest. She is also the host of Beyond the Self Podcast

Africa is frm the school of thought of living as a victor instead of a victim. She wrote an open letter that blasted the cult of wokeness. Although the letter shed light on the reality of modern culture, it was welcomed with positive and sour comments from netizens.

Some white people claimed that she will forever be a victim because she was born black while other black people called her a white sympathizer. Brooke defended herself by claiming that she cannot accept to wear a victim mentality even though she comes from a minority group. She added that coming from a minority group should not be a mindset but a ground for fighting for equality.

Africa Brooke alcoholism

In an interview, Brooke revealed the struggles she had as an alcoholic. She confessed that drinking alcohol released a part of herself that she loathed because it sought attention and a non-existing spotlight. The now sober person confessed that her habits ruined the relationships she had with friends and partners.

As of 2023, Africa will be celebrating her 7th year as a sober person. Since quitting alcohol, Brooke has been a promoter of sobriety and a motivational speaker for people who have sabotaged their life at a point in life. When asked about the challenge she experienced after becoming sober, Brooke stated that socializing as a sober person has been tough because she associated sobriety with boredom.

Another of her severe addictions was porn and sex. She confessed to Steven Bartlet that porn changed her perspective about sex. Every time she engaged in one, she felt like a performer instead of becoming intentional. Porn took away what sex was supposed to be. She used her addiction to help people avoid watching sexual content that would interfere with their understanding of intimacy.

When comparing her present self to her past, the difference is clear. Brooke has become more beautiful and vibrant. Her energy is organic and attractive, especially to a person who has faced low self-esteem. Many now are questioning her physical attributes. From what we observed, Brooke could be 5 feet and 7 inches and has a weight of approximately 58kg.

Africa is also a wealthy woman. She earns her money from multiple sources of income. However, her primary source of income is her career as a consultant and coach. Her net worth is not available on the internet, but we can comfortably say that her net worth is more than $1 million.
