Dave began his career at KPRC Houston as a production assistant. He then worked at Hoak Media of Colorado KREX-TV where he worked as a News Anchor and also a sports director. After 1 years and 3 months, he joined KVII-TV as an anchor and sports director.
He then relocated to Kansas City where he worked as an anchor and reporter at WDAF. Froehlich later joined KRIS Corpus Christ as an achor and reporter. He covered stories that had national and international attention. Dave joined KTBC and later named the co-ancho r of Good Day with Keri Bellacosa from July 3rd. After more than 20 years of serving elsewhere, he returned to his hometown, Houston, at KHOU TV where he serves as an anchor.
