After school, she worked as a sales representative at AT&T for 5 years. With the experience she had as a sales expert, Elisha made a decision to chase her childhood dreams.
In 2010, she started her own company La Bella CupCakes birthed from her passion for baking. In one year time, the company had grown to 3 bakeries and a food truck. Although Elisha was succeeding as an entrepreneur, she felt the business limited her potential to grow to the level she desired.

In 2017, they founded Nationa Fabco, a textile company, and Covey Holding, an investment company. For 4 years, they gave their all to see the business succeed and it did. They went from having nothing in the bank to having sales of $20 million in a year, hiring more than 100 people, and working with international companies like Balfour Beatyy, Turnet, and AECOM.
