There Crenshaw also shined, earning the 6th Man award at the Big West Conference and winning the Big West Championship for his school. After college, he continued showing determination as a basketball player. Instead of NBA, he joined The Top League in Europe for five years and later retired to begin his entrepreneurial journey.
The beginning was never easy as he had to rise above naysayers. He started by running Hoop Cred in 2014 and She Hoops Network in 2016. The former was a marketing agency for talented female players and the latter was a company for marketing female hoopers. After another two years, Crenshaw sold the company to Overtime.

In 2020, he started The Fam Agency. In the years he has been leading the company, the agency earned the trust of many female basketball players. He has signed more than 20 players and worked with big companies such as Nature Herbs and First Class Lifestyle Entertainment LLC.
