The former was a marketing agency for talented female players and the latter was a company for marketing female hoopers. After another two years, Crenshaw sold the company to Overtime.
In 2020, he started The Fam Agency. In the years he has been leading the company, the agency earned the trust of many female basketball players. He has signed more than 20 players and worked with big companies such as Nature Herbs and First Class Lifestyle Entertainment LLC. He has also been featured at Landon Buford, Yahoo Finance, and recently Maxim Magazine. His inspiration comes from sports legends like Rich Paul and Lebron James.
