She started at Shasa where she served as store manager responsible for managing sales, handling customer service, recruiting, and developing staff members. After 9 months she joined Nationstar Mortgage as a FNMA Loan Counselor who managed mortgage portfolios and advised borrowers on repayment plans. Her longest service was at Fidelity Investment as a broker in Fidelity Investment.
While working at Fidelity Investments, she started training clients part-time. Her decision to quit working in her job was never intentional. In 2017, Megan developed a skin condition on her face. Visiting the doctor, limited the time she was in the job. Even though she had received a leave permit from her employer, Renee received a letter of termination from her job. Losing her job scared her because it was her only source of income but out of her loss her journey to personal fitness business began.
She decided to do personal fitness full-time. Megan started an Instagram page to document her journey and workout. Gradually, she started gaining followers and her client base increased. Demand increased leading her to open a website where all her clients can assemble to access all her services. Soon she became a highly sought-after personal trainer and an influencer.
