He got another internship opportunity at CBS corporation in the Department of Weather. He worked with colleagues to generate weather reports and real-time updates on daily weather patterns. After graduating, he started as a freelance meteorologist for News 12 Networks. He was of value to the network by giving updates and information on natural events happening in the country.
After 1 year, the network gave Mike an opportunity as a weekend meteorologist on News 12 Connecticut. Through his experience and collaboration with sister stations, Mike developed hand-tracking graphic competencies to provide clear visuals for severe weather situations. He worked there for close to two years and later 6 months in News 12 Long Island before joining News 12 Brooklyn as a Morning Meteorologist.
With loads of experience on his side, Michael became confident in his ability to manipulate data and explain weather situations in the nations. He worked with others to create visuals for explaining severe natural occurrences expected in the country. Mike served there for five years before occupying his current position at News 12 Bronx.

In the 74th New York Emmy Nomination, Mike was nominated in two categories. One as a talented meteorologist and two for covering weather documentaries called Saving Our Shores, a 21-minute documentary that shows the impact of climate change on the community.
