In his endeavor to have satisfaction in his life, Stefanos Sifandos met a lot of despair, and discouragement, and one time he contemplated suicide. Life was not unfair. He felt everything was against him.
Sifandos thought everyone was against him. His defense mechanism was to be brutal to anything that appeared to challenge him. He became a drug addict, a sex addict, and a violent man. All this shame and guilt soon came to an end when he finally came to himself.
He changed his mindset and rose from the ashes to become an influential mindset coach. He runs programs that help people come to terms with their mental health needs. Stefanos also helps businesses and couples to rekindle their love.

He was born on 28th February 1982 in Australia. H came from a broken family, a needy mother, and a violent and drunk father. Many times, Stefano and his young brother were victims of their father’s heavy hands.
Now at 43 years, Stefano has recovered from the mental damage that happened when he was a child. He is living with the intention of raising a stable family. He is now married to Christine Hassler and together they have a child called Athena Grace Sifandos.
Background
Sifandos mental challenges started back at home. His father’s behavior and his mother’s neediness turned him into a people please and a low self-esteemed person. He turned his attention to TV and food to avoid thinking about his fears. His personality made him a victim of bullied when he was in school. Sifando was constantly conscious of his voice, body and presence.
As he grew up, he started projecting his anger onto other people. The once bullied became the bully. As he bullied others, he felt powerful and in control. He later turned his thirst for power into sexual experiences.
Stefano had his first sexual experience with a prostitute when he was 18 years old. From there he began going deeper into the sexual world. The deeper he went into this world, the more his mind became debauched.
He got mixed up in the wrong crowd, became an alcohol addict, and his violence increased. He went from relationship to relationship as he was seeking to prove himself and masking his insecurities.
Recovery
Then one day he wanted to stop living that life. He had caused so much pain to people. Stefanos contemplated suicide as a way to escape the feelings of guilt. Instead of choosing that direction, he decided to reshape his lifestyle. In his moments of solitary, brokenness, and confusion. Stefano developed an interest in himself.
He stop seeking validation from external things and began focusing on internal things in his life. He became honest with himself and started addressing his insecurities. Gradually, he developed confidence and started rebuilding past relationships.
Over the years, he has become stable, confident and operated from a place of purity. Now Stefanos wants to help others having the same experiences.
Together with his wife, they founded the Elementum Coaching Insitute which offers a 7-month Training where students learn to become a master coach. He also co-founded Mpowered Brotherhood, a movement for uplifting men, and Asraya, an ecosystem aimed at connecting great minds.
