Stephanie Haines Biography
Stephanie Haines describes herself as an experienced reporter skilled in creating social media content, engaging in live interviews, and anchoring. She is also skilled in doing investigative reporting and political news. As of now, she is working for NewsNation as a Dallas-based correspondent. Prior to her current place of work, Haines worked at TMJ4 News, WJFW, and TEGNA.

Stephanie will be celebrating her 30th or 31st birthday in 2023. She comes from a small family of two children, her brother being the youngest. Stephanie is the daughter of Tom and Susan Haines. Education and Career
Her passion for journalism began taking shape when she was a high school student at Benet Academy in Lisle Illinois. She later joined Northwestern University at the Medill School of Journalism where she specialized in political science, integrated marketing, and communication. During her sophomore, she got an opportunity to study abroad at the University of Cambridge.
As a student, she was the video editor, assistant campus editor, and campus reporter for the Daily Northwestern. She also served as an investigative and National Security reporter for the Medill News.
Stephanie began putting her skills to work when she became a contributing writer for the Sun-Times Media in Suburban Chicago. She also interned at the Platts, ABC News, and the WJFW.
After graduating, she got her first employment at WJFW where she worked as a reporter, multimedia journalist, and night news anchor. She worked there for 2 years relocating to Knoxville to work as a weekend Anchor and reporter.
Stephanie became a household name when she joined TMJ4 News for 3 years as a reporter and MMJ. While at TMJ she covered the Kyle Rittenhouse Trial, the series of crimes in the Kenosha Area, and Molly Seidel’s parent’s celebration during her Olympics in 2021.

Now, Stephanie is a Dallas-based news correspondent for News Nation since 2022. She has covered the implementation of the Texas School Marshal Program that allows civilians within the school to carry guns, Governor Greg Abbott’s plan to defeat fentanyl, and the effects of the Mississippi Tornado.
Stephanie has demonstrated maturity and excellence as a reporter and anchor despite having less than 10 years of experience. She has the potential of rising to national and international levels.
Outside work, Stephanie loves spending time with her family and participating in community welfare activities. Her work as a journalist also earns her a comfortable life. Stephanie earns a salary of approximately $60,000 per year.
