Terri Karelle was born on 20th April 1982 in Portmore, Jamaica. She grew up energetic and dreamed of becoming a world star. Now, as a grown-up, she is living the life of her childhood aspiration. This is her second relationship after her first marriage with Evon Courtney Reid Junior ended in separation. Evon and Terri’s marriage was blessed with a daughter. During the Miss Jamaica World competition in 2005, Terri disappointed many who doubted her union with Evon by introducing him to the world. The couple married three years later at Christ Church in Vineyard Town. Due to her decision to keep her personal affairs private, she got a divorce and hid it from the limelight.
Education
Although she was born a star, Terri thought following the traditional route would lead her to her destiny. She went to La Universidad Centra De las Villas in Cuba to study veterinary. Getting a job as a veterinary was challenging because of cultural accreditation in the industry. The challenges opened up an opportunity for RISARC where she worked as a Public Relations officer before joining Spartan Health Club where she served as a General Manager.
Career
In 2012, Terri got an opportunity with Gleaner company where she got her natural occupation, serving in the media. She became the company’s brand manager tasked with increasing social media engagement, planning events, and increasing digital takeup.
After 5 years, she joined Digicel Rising Stars as a host of the show, where she interviewed a variety of characters from sports people to influential public figures in the corporate world. While at Digicel, she stamped her name as an expert Television personality.
Being confident of her skills, Terri started to offer private media services as an interviewer, emcee, and speaker. She worked alongside her job at Digicel until she hung her boots in 2023 to focus on her private services.

In 2023 and conjunction with Mastercard, Toyota, Heineken 00, and Commercial Concepts, Terri Karelle launched Redirection podcast season two where she brought many inspiring people, young, old, male, female, professionals, and students, asking them about their personal lives and how they are giving value to society.
Since the podcast kicked off, thousands have lauded her work and the content she has been sharing with her audience. In 2022, she launched her book, My Brand Compass, which dives into the steps she took to establish herself as an international brand.
Her work has not gone without recognition. Terri gets invited to podcasts, shows, and media outlets where she narrates her life. In 2023, she was named among the Top 100 under 40 in the Most Influential People of African Descent.
