Every occupation has its challenges. Some are even greater than we expect. Regardless, we are the ones to choose whether we will become better or bitter when challenges come. Making the former decision was the only option for Tess Rowland. She currently serves as a reporter at WMBB. Previously, Tess served as an anchor. Here is her story
Tess Rowland Age and Relationship
She was born on the 18th of July and based on her work experience, the journalist could be 23 or 24 years of age. Tess’s parents have been supportive of her and the decisions she has made concerning her life and career. She is at the onset of her career. Becoming an expert at it remains her major concern. As of 2022, we can say that she is single.
Education and Career
She was a promising talent back at Loyola University. Tess participated in the school’s Media station as an anchor and reporter. There, she met experienced reporters who taught her the ropes of journalism.
Tess later got her first job at WMBB as a reporter. Her greatest inspiration as a journalist was to have a positive impact on the community through sharing stories in a creative and engaging way. In her time as a journalist, Rowland covered big stories such as Hurricane Sally and the scandal in Lynn Haven City. She got an award from the Society of Professional Journalists and the Florida Association of Broadcast journalists for covering the death of two children in Coconut Creek Family Fan Park after a car accident.
While her passion was covering other people’s stories, Tess never imagined she would have to tell her story someday. On 4th May 2010, Tess got involved in an accident where she was hit by a drunk driver. She broke her leg and had some internal injuries. In the process of recovery, Tess underwent 7 surgeries. She went through the struggle, but eventually, she gained strength. Now, she is an advocate against drunk driving. Tess has been actively involving herself in activities that raise awareness of the dangers of DUI.

Outside work, Tess is known for her bubbly personality. Working as a journalist has also opened her to expressing her other personality. She is bold in expressing her beauty and sense of fashion.
