It went viral as it related to many Arabs living in America. The success of the viral video birthed the Furrha family Tik Tok page. Since then, they have been releasing humorous and relatable videos, which have been getting approximately 300,000 views and a high engagement rate on Tik Tok.
The success of their page led them to create another one on Instagram, with 1.3 million followers, and on YouTube where they have 4.04 million subscribers. When asked about the success of their pages, the head of the family quickly pointed out to creating real, raw, and funny videos that relate to most people.
They also attempt to display an Arabic lifestyle different from what the Television portrays. They have done videos on Arabic dishes, dealing with emotions as individuals, and frequent drama in the house.
Their ability to attract millions of people to their platforms has landed them collaborations and paid partnerships with big brands. This has made them a wealthy family. As a family, their net worth is approximately $10 million.
Members and their Age
The family is made up of 10 people.
Salem Furrha, 57, also known as a coach is the head of the family. He is a Muslim born in Kuwait. His family later traveled to the United States and lived in Michigan. Coach followed after his father’s steps, who was an engineer, and studied industrial engineering at Western Michigan University.
However, he became hooked on the real estate business, which he did for years before becoming a high school football coach. He has 8 children 5 from his first marriage and 3 from his marriage to Samah Furrah. Salem met Samah at a cosmetic shop. The two became close friends, started dating, and later became husband and wife. Samah is the favorite one because of her liberal nature.
The eldest of the children in Nader, 32. followed by Fifi, 30, then Rush, 29, Hannah and Sammy, 26. Linda,22, is the firstborn child between Salem and Samah. She is followed by Rekan,20 and the last born is Kies, 16. They currently reside in Irvine, California.
Due to the success, they have had on the internet, the children have emulated their parents. Linda, Fifi, and Samah have individual social media accounts which also have a growing influence.
