Education

Growing up, Rachel had a particular interest in health studies. Later on, her struggles with body weight led her to study for a degree in Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University. While in her job, she was building her own company Rachel Paul Nutrition. She started by finding convenient food options for women desiring to lose weight. In 2014, she started sharing with people on the same journey as her. In 2016, she launched her first low-FODMAP product called Happy Bars on her blog.

Close to ten years now, her Company has grown to offer many and variety of products for people at different stages in their weight loss journey. Her products have also been scientifically analyzed and laboratory certified, making them trusted and healthy to the users.
