Emma Isaacs is an Australian-born businesswoman and the Founder of Business Chick, an organization based in Australia whose primary role is to help women in business grow in their personal and professional goals. Isaacs is also a best-selling author of a book called Winging It and the New Hustle. Through her company, Isaacs has been able to host internationally known figures such as Richard Branson, Arianna Huffington, Jamie Oliver, and Laura Brown.

The organization had only 250 people at that time. Emma thought it would be a side job for her recruitment Company. Fate had things changed. Business Chick became Emma’s focus. The company has transformed into a multi-million company with influence all over the globe.
Emma helps women all over the world to connect with other women and to access content that would assist them to improve in their personal and professional lives. The organization also holds events that host some influential people in the world.

In 2016, Emma decided to replicate the success She had in Australia in the United States. She launched Business Chicks USA. However, the business failed after the United States market proved hard to please.
