Henry has been leading worship for more than 20 years. He started in Adelaide, Australia where he was part of Planet Shakers, which grew to a church of 10,000 members. It is now considered one of the fastest-growing churches in Australia. In 2012, they moved to the United States and settled in Nashville, Tennessee.
After a few months of living in their new home, the couple embarked on their mission. They started a Tuesday night fellowship at their home as a strategy to reach out to the people who couldn’t attend church on Sunday due to their work commitments. Over the months, the congregation grew in large numbers and there The Belonging Co. came to life.
When it became official, the church now meets on Sunday in the afternoon and on Tuesday during the night. Each week approximately 3,000 people attend the services weekly while others stream online. The church has grown to be of value to the community since the church contributes to the welfare of the community.
The church has also incorporated music into its ministry. Together with musicians identifying with the church, Henry has released powerful Albums like See The Light (2021), All The Earth (2017), and Awe + Wonder (2019). They have also featured other Christian musicians like Andrew Holt, Hope Darst, Cordy Carnes and Kari Jobe.

Other than his pastoral work, Henry is a professional producer, mixer, visual artist, and worship leader. He released his debut solo project, Find A Way, in 2022. The EP debuted at #1 on the Australian Inspirational iTunes Chart. While in Australia, he worked with Planetshakers Church, producing more than 20 albums and writing many songs such as Lift Up Your Eyes, All For Love, and Beautiful Savior.
His work has not gone without recognition. He was nominated for GMA Dove Award as a Producer and won a Grammy award in 2016 for mixing. Henry has also worked with Hillsong United and Guy Sebastian.
