Amid her struggle and thinking of a way forward, she put her job experience into practice by creating graphics for restaurants and businesses that need oomph in their social media profiles.
What she had created as a business for Survival turned into an online business for teaching female entrepreneurs how to strategize their content skills and social media marketing techniques. She named the business after her grandmother, Vera Jean, because of her enthusiastic personality.
Jourdan puts what she teaches into practice. Her strategies have gained her close to 90k followers on Instagram and a high engagement rate. She has a website with close to 80k organic growth and more than 1000 students purchasing her courses annually. Mrs. Brandon also started the Unapologetically Building Podcast, which dives into raw personal growth, business building, and faith-infused strategies for career success.
