In this article, we will do a biography of Macy Moor. She is a journalist working as a Multimedia Journalist and reporter at NBC. Macy is quickly learning to report, write and create digital content. Prior to her current positions, she worked for CBS 19, WCAV and as an intern at several media stations.
She was born on 19th December 1997 in Philadelphia. She is the last-born child in a family of two children. Her father works as an officer. 2020 was an unfortunate year for her family because they lost their mother. Despite the loss, Macy has continued to press on with life. Her career is her current pursuit. Matters on marriage and or relationships are not so much of a priority to her. We have observed that she is single.
Education and Career
Her desire to do journalism was evident early in her life. Macy studied at Bucks County Community College where she did an associate degree in communication and media studies. She later joined East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania where she did a degree in communication ad media studies.
She started as an intern for WBRE Eyewitness News where she worked for 5 months and later joined Fox News Media in 2019 still as an intern. As a student, Macy served as TV Technician in the school’s media station Warrior TV.
After graduation, she first got her employment at WCAV as an MMJ. She worked there for two years before joining NCB 12-WWBT as Henrico County beat Reporter. In her time at NBC, Macy has covered reports like the investigations at Longdale Elementary School after a student found a gun inside a bathroom, Richmond City Council’s proposition to ban residents from owning exotic pets, and Virginia’s withdrawal from elections.
Macy Moor has less than 5 years in the journalism industry. Already she has demonstrated the potential or rising to the levels of veterans like Patricia Boal and Sher-Min Chow.
