Once Pastor Kadesha Jenkins made the decision to follow Jesus, she made it her commitment to make Jesus known through her ministry, business, and talent. She is a worship singer, apostle, prophetess, and co-pastor at New Beginnings Ministries. Kadesha is popular for her prophecies and powerful sermons.
She was born on 12th May 1978 in Florence, South Carolina. Her background was strongly Christian and through her family members, Kadesha learned Christian morals and values which she practiced as she grew up. She went to school at Fortune Academy. Kadesha is also a mother to 3 children, Kenaia, Kechayn, and Keziah. She is married to Chaun Jenkins the lead pastor at New Beginnings Ministries. The couple have been together for close to 20 years.
Pastor Kadesha knew she was different from other people at a young age. She started writing and singing when she was 7 years old. Kadesha discovered the true purpose of her ministry when she encountered a woman suffering from a diabetic coma. The young minister at that time took up courage and prayed to the woman who healed and walked away from the sickness.
The miracle revealed to Kadesha her true purpose in ministry. She started traveling around the world teaching, preaching, and calling people to salvation. Among her styles of preaching is doing prophecies. In 2019 she did a Facebook live prophecying about a strain of virus that would hit the world.
She interpreted it as God’s desire to call his people to repentance. Her prophecy came true when the world was hit by COVID-19. In her Instagram and YouTube channel, Pastor Kadesha has continued doing prophecies about people’s futures.Her passion to reach more people has led her to author two books, I Am She: She Survived, She’s Healed, She’s Enough and From Mediocrity to Maturity.
When Kadesha is not doing ministry stuff, she is working as a real estate agent and broker at United Real Estate. Kadesha earns her money as a leader in the church and as a real estate agent.
