Her passion for being in the media industry led her to join South Eastern University where she pursued BS in Broadcast Journalism. As a student, she was involved as a panelist for Real and Willing Television, a sports anchor for 96 News, and a host for Power House on the school’s Radio Station.

Her ins and outs in the field of journalism prepared Angie Quezada for the journalist she would become in the future. She started testing her skills when she interned at CNN where she got a chance to join a team that was working for a  prime-morning CNN Shows. She worked there for close to a year before joining WABG as a weekend news anchor. In 2017, she returned to the TV where she became an anchor for Channel 9 News at WNCT.
