Lana Ector and her mother have helped thousands of women regain their confidence and self-esteem by helping them to achieve their body goals. They also started the hashtag #blackgirlsworkoutoo to encourage black women to embrace healthy living and working out culture in their personal lives.
Lana Ector, her mother, and daughter co-wrote a vegan book called Black Girls Gone Vegan, after they were convinced that meat led to increased weight and high risks of high blood pressure. The three gym enthusiasts favor veganism because of the positive effects it has on the skin, blood pressure, and boosting the immune system.
Lana has been able to create a brand in herself, which encourages people to get involved in physical exercise and live a healthy life.
