She started serving as a payroll clerk at Straight Gate International Church. As a committed Christian, she desired to start a Christian family. She met her husband, Jonathan Merrit, the son of Bishop Andrew and Pastor Viveca Merritt, at an event in Downtown.
The two became close friends, started dating, and got engaged after five months. In their 10th month of knowing each other, the two got married. Thirteen years into their marriage now, the couple has been blessed with 4 children.

Tatianna has been living a modest and calm life all her childhood. She was passionate about fashion and beauty because her mother was a model. This passion led her to pursue a degree in fashion and merchandising at Wayne State University. Later she enrolled for a degree in modelling
Tatiana got her first job as a fashion commentator and an interviewer. She also worked as an event organizer and emcee before moving to serve in Church. Tatianna started serving with passion at church after meeting her husband. She started as a payroll clerk and worked her way to becoming a pastor alongside her husband.

She is famous for addressing topics on faith, beauty, fashion, spirituality, parenting, and fitness. Her desire is to encourage women to live genuine spiritual life while still excelling in other aspects of life. Tatiana has an ambition of creating a program that will give people the tools to excel in life.

Mrs. Merrit is also popular for her devotional book, Devotions of Love. The book was inspired by painful events that threatened her marriage to Jonathan. In 2020 and 2021, Tatiana’s marriage was on the rocks. They were considering divorce because living with each other proved to be difficult. These stressful times gave Tatiana a desire to seek God in the place of prayer.
As a response to these events, Tatiana started spending quiet time with God and journaling everything she felt and her daily prayers. She journaled Bible teachings and what God put in her heart during those times. Gradually, her devotions became a book worth publishing.
The devotional book was widely accepted as many related to her situation. She received a lot of testimonies, which encouraged her to continue living the Christian life.
Now, Tatiana is a force not to be ignored. Her passion for Jesus and desire to see people living a Godly life is authentic. She is an inspiration to young girls, parents, and those in marriage. Her life is an example of a person who held on to her salvation even in the midst of earthly pressures and pleasures. She joins the list of Christian iconic figures like Ruth Chou Simmons and Rachael Knights.
